It seems like bzr is invoked now each time the user attempts to complete
something at the moment. I don't see a way around this as checking what
files are versioned and which aren't is definitely something that will
require invoking Bazaar. Keeping a process around and communicating with
it via a pipe could be an option, but we would need to make sure the
process doesn't stay around forever.
