I think you're overly optimistic here. From the mail of Andrew Bennetts you fwd recently I did not
see anything that even indirectly will help average windows-oriented user. It's all about of better
workflow to exchange patches between upstreams, Debian and Ubuntu. Better integration with deb
plugins etc. Maybe you don't see it as I see it from other side of the screen of my Windows XP box.
Maybe I'm wrong as usual. dunno
