The latter: Our staff time will be focused on helping Ubuntu with its
VCS needs more, but we'll still be doing our best to have clean design,
clean code and clean UI.

There should be a list for being created in the near future, for
discussions focused on this topic (as part of the 'Ubuntu distributed
development' project - https://edge.launchpad.net/udd).
