Yes, admin right are mandatory since TortoiseBzr lives there. The problem will be in your non-admin
package. It will be no more "non-admin" IIUC.

Frankly to say I don't see any really important reason for me to switch. My working projects all
about 2.4-2.5. Py2exe works very stable with 2.5, and I should not think about all this SxS and
manifests hell. You said that you'd like to switch, so I'll try to understand all cons of this
decision and how they will affects me as windows user and member of QBzr team. But no more, sorry. I
really don't want to switch to 2.6.
