I've published it as branch lp:~bialix/+junk/format1

Today I've added set WT4 as default WT format, so now branching from 
remote (LP) of pack-0.92 produce valid 0.92 branch, not unnamed :-P

I see there is too complex to do the Right Thing, so better solution 
would be to read format and wt_format from bazaar.conf and then put such 
configuration code into the core but I'm lack the time for this.
