[RFC] single source to get latest versions of bzr + plugins?

Hi,

In the past I've tried to keep up-to-date the page with the links to all 
latest releases of bzr + most popular plugins:

http://groups.google.com/group/ru_bzr/web/%D1%81%D0%B2%D0%B5%D0%B6%D0%B8%D0%B5+%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B8%D0%B7%D1%8B?hl=ru

I think such page is useful by itself.

But this page require too much manual efforts to keep it up-to-date. So, 
as time passes I'm give up.

 From other hand RSS for entire bazaar project on Launchpad can show the 
useful timeline for many bzr-related tools (but unfortunately there is 
no bzrtools, bzr-svn etc, and even bzr releases are not always 
highlighted there).

Is it possible to somehow automatically aggregate info about releases?
There is bazaar-announce mailing list, is it possible to build 
aggregation based on those mails?
