Is the intention to keep both pages continuously updated?
I wonder if there ought to be a 3 super-category structure here:
1. Those plugins maintained as part of the distribution.
2. Those plugins maintained separate to the distribution but core to
Bazaar.
3. Those plugins contributed by whoever.
1 & 2 are most likely maintained by core Bazaar development people.
Certainly these should be listed explictly on both pages.
3 is a prime candidate for a wiki page that is edited by whoever
whenever. It could even be called the Bazaar Plugins Bazaar. None of
the plugins in this super-category need listing explicitly in the two
pages.
Clearly there can be movement from 1 <-> 2 <-> 3.
