The buttons look a lot better. One oddity, though. When I mouse over the
 the icons, the background changes color. Presumably because they are links.

However, the first screenshot shows that it overlaps the text, which
isn't terrible, but looks incorrect.

Second, is when I mouse over the "Bazaar is used by:" section, I also
get the highlight, but none of those are actually links. (Though it
*looks* liike all three of them could be.)
