Well, you made it so you can't actually get a download without tracking
through to another page. Which is ok, but not great.
Also, we explicitly want the link to all old downloads. It was a request
from people using easy_install with bzr. I don't remember exactly why it
was necessary, but it was requested.
At the time, I think we wanted to find a way to put it into a 'hidden'
div, so that the data was there for scrapers, but hidden for humans.
