100 bzr releases and counting ...

Now that I have the Release Notes being formatted as PDF, it becomes
apparent that bzr 2.0rc2 will be release # 101, given or take the way
some RCs and betas are treated as 'releases' while others aren't. I
guess that's an interesting milestone!

Unfortunately, it's one the LaTeX macros used to build the PDF don't
like it seems. It gets to chapter 99 all ok, but then chapter 100 has no
chapter # and chapter 101 resets to being 'chapter ONE'!

I guess 101 chapters really is a bit excessive. Post 2.0, I might make
the split up a little smarter and group them by major version numbers say.
