helped out into his evening.

http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev is now deprecated: lp:bzr is the main
branch for bzr.

The old bzr.dev is available [but will no longer be updated] at
http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev-in-1.9-format. This is being provided
to allow users who have bzr < 1.16 to do a 'bzr pull' to get a '2a'
capable bzr.

Launchpad's existing branches should not have been perturbed at all. The
old trunk URL is unchanged; unlike the one on bazaar-vcs.org where
stacking though possible is expected to be rare, the one on launhcpad
has many branches stacked on it. Martin and I felt that keeping those
branches intact was simpler and easier for now; we can look at mass
upgrading them in the future.

PQM is reenabled.
bzr.dev, 1.17, 1.18, 2.0 - the 4 PQM hosted branches hosted directly on
LP are all upgraded.

Eat, drink and be merry in this exciting time.

Still todo: Something on NEWS, and Download, to help folk that run into
bzr complaining to them. And to update our developer docs::

The PQM submit address for bzr.dev has changed. It is now:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bzr-pqm/bzr/bzr.dev
