So PQM is interrupted. Pulls from http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev will
be interrupted for now.

Once its done I'll post with copious details.

Folk that want to preserve your local repos, I suggest
bzr check
bzr upgrade --2a

anytime now.

There is no reason to think we'll be rolling back this attempt: but
don't delete your backups anyhow.
