Case sensitivity

Yes, Bazaar respects and preserves the exact name of files.

If you're interacting with an upstream project that doesn't care about
letter case in filenames, could you perhaps mechanically translate all
filenames to lower-case before adding them to your Bazaar repository,
and leave them in lower-case?
