website redesign: preference to keep wiki separate from regular site

Quick note:
As far as I know there is no plan to get rid of the Wiki. There is a link to 
it in the standard footer under the documentation section (bottom left).

The final Web experience will likely have three different systems (front matter, 
documentation and wiki) that use complementary themes. Community content will 
move from the Wiki to front matter and official documentation when it is 
appropriate.
