Interesting. I've *never* heard that. "Bazaar! Slow! Complex UI!
Format churn! Idiosyncratic!" are the canards I hear a lot. But then
the people I talk VCS to are ex-Archers, Emacs maintainers, ESR, Tom
Lord, and PEP 374 authors. Ie, people who understand that the "d" in
"dVCS" means never being roped into a hosting service.

Tough question. I know a few people who swallow the git UI *only*
because they're addicted to github, and quite a few github addicts who
don't have any trouble with git per se but are really happy with
github. Easy Launchpad integration is a *feature* for Bazaar, at least
to a certain class of users. (And even you would probably change your
mind if Launchpad would accept OpenID as a relying party.<0.5 wink>)

Maybe demote it from a box of its own to one of many Feature/Extensions
(which would need to be ressurrected in my wireframe, I guess)?
