bzr mv --after and bzr mv --auto don't work

You can always get a list of the guessed renames with "bzr mv --auto
- --dry-run", and then do only the renames you think make sense.

I guess it would also be possible to shove it through the same
interactive mode that merge -i is using, but it would require rewriting
mv --auto to use a TreeTransform rather than an inventory delta.
