A bulk of those 20 are:

1) Nested tree support, which is a series of patches based on a core
patch. And that core patch was blocked. I don't really know how to say
"approved but blocked".

2) Things that really aren't ready. Generally stuff where it was voted
"tweak" and the tweaks needed were sufficient. I suppose we can start
rejecting/resubmit a lot of those.
