This is a quick fix to bzr-svn 0.6.3 that I applied to the bundled
version of the installer (1.16.1-3) with the tag bzr-svn-0.6.3-win32-1
(I don't think bundles properly transmit tags just yet.)

Anyway, this fixes a fairly severe regression with the credentials code
yet again causing failure to connect to ssh. (This was a bit of a typo
in the previous fix for this failure.)

I also noticed that bzr-svn-0.6.2 points at exactly the same revision as
bzr-svn-0.6.3, I'm not sure what to do with that...
