I don't know why you are getting a 404, it works just fine from my
home and from a remote server outside Argentina.

Looks like the server is working fine. Maybe a misconfiguration on
your end..are you using a proxy?

Didn't checked the changes in 3.5, so I can't help with the migration
from 3.4, I'll be moving to 3.5 in the next week.
