Definitely a 404 still I'm afraid, so this must be a problem with the
hosting.

That would be good.  In the mean time I'll just have to load up the
release version.

(There really ought top be an easier way of upgrading Eclipse 3.4 -> 3.5
than having to reestablish every update site and installing every plugin
manually, it really is a huge barrier to upgrading.  Not a Bazaar
problem though.)
