That was fixed in 1.16 ! Now I understand better, so forget about
the pycurl related failures.

XFAIL are expected failures, in these particular cases, we *know*
that we can't run the tests for pycurl for the reason given and
under the precise conditions described in the tests. Yet, the
test is valuable under the other conditions.

In retrospect, these expected failures may as well be transformed
into skips, as really, thet don't provide value in the output,
quite the contrary: people tend have doubts about their meaning,
I'll fix that.

I just updated my jaunty system (installing pycurl there too,
gosh, too many test configs sometimes hurt :-( ) and I don't
experiment the hangs when running the test_http tests.

Since the update involved a new kernel, I'm strongly inclined to
suspect a bug *there*.

But that's not the end of the story,
