ME can probably be eliminated from the list (otherwise we should add '98 and even '95!) 
and perhaps even NT too (who still use it for development?). I have a Win98 box at home, 
for my children, but I don't develop on it (even if I left it only recently...).
Now, Windows 7 will soon come into the radar...
