This is for everyone: when you find a bug filed on bzr that is for a
plugin. Please DO NOT mark it invalid.

Rather, transfer it.

If you mark it invalid, it stays in bzr's bug list and mails keep
getting sent about it.

If you instead transfer the project, it goes away.

To transfer, in the web UI click on the status, then type in the new
project into the project field.
