[RFC] make -n0 the default for log -or- make annotate and similar commands calculate merged revs

One advantage of --limit is that it will show you ten entries when you
run "bzr log FILE".  -r -10..-1 will show you only the entries within
that range that modified the file, which may be 0-10.
