I guess Alexander was just curious about a review process for this kind
of translations in general and asked mostly for quick review of
Bazaar-specific (Makefile) configuration changes.

I do Russian translation for Zope 3 for many years and I think we need 
very little review in this case. Actually we just translated an SVG, a 
few RST files and update Makefile with documentation-specific changes. 
So anyone can check Makefile changes in the diff attached to the 
original email and check SVG/RST rendering at http://bialix.com/bzr/doc-ru/

Thank you for this suggestion! The translation process was started 
because there is interest of the Russian Bazaar community for it. Now we 
just want to release first cut of the translation to broader review. And 
this step will be important motivation for our team too.
