1.15 installer for windows?

Sorry John, my email was not meant to be taken in an unfriendly way ;-) 
It's sometimes hard to get the right tone in an email. I just wondered 
if a 1.15 installer would be built or not. I assumed it hadn't because 
the download page  still linked to the 1.14 installer. Thanks for 
uploading it though - I've updated the wiki link for the download...
