Totally agree that one stable format should be the goal. I was bitten by 
formats the first time I used bzr. I don't know what rich-roots are 
(sounds like well watered plants in beds of composted manure) and don't 
really care (maybe I should if it's going to bite me later on?). All I 
know is that I need them for bzr-svn.
