So.. I don't know about searching, but certainly you can just go to the
milestone page:
https://edge.launchpad.net/bzr/+milestone/1.13.2

My guess on the search is that you *have* to fill out one of the fields.
Like checking one of the status fields. Anyway, the milestone page gives
a nice summary, so you might as well stick with that. :)
