Will re-basing support be added into Bazaar core ?

Yes, that's what I mean.

I can't say it is insufficient (I haven't use them enough - I find them
too complicated or not well documented enough to be happy with them to
be honest). I just wanted to mention that people use git rebase where
people would use loom in bzr, meaning that altering the history is kind
of inherent to what people are doing with rebase in that case.
