Hookless Email

Hi Russel,

I can't help with your specific problem but I have written another email tool
(bzr-email-notifier) which we use at work. It is based on hookless email code
but is more configurable. You can design templates for email messages and it
can also send HTML email messages with links to loggerhead server. As it works
great for us may be it will solve your problem.

I have also just added a feature where commit messages can be in Wiki format
and the email you receive displays this with the correct HTML markup.

Cheers,

Nick
