I know I don't get any sort of vote, but as a user of bzr.dev and
cutting edge plugins, I want to highlight the fact that dpush has gone
from bzr-svn but is critical to certain important workflows when using
Bazaar with Subversion.  So the sooner dpush is available again, the
sooner I can switch back from using Git to using Bazaar for these cases.

(And yes if you need someone to blame for the dpush command, it is me
and not Jelmer as I pushed (!) him to create it in bzr-svn in the first
place :-)
