Oops, I didn't have pyrex installed.  You can run the built bzr by:

	$ alias tbzr='PYTHONPATH=/tmp/bzr-bbc/build/lib.<<<build-details>>> / 
tmp/bzr-bbc/build/scripts-<<<python-version>>>/bzr --no-plugins'

where <<<build-details>>> corresponds to your machine's build  
description and <<<python-version>>> the version of Python used.  Look  
in the build/ directory to find the values.
