Wine. This test would normally require Windows, but if you were
super-eager, you could probably get a Wine terminal and run bzr in it.

On Windows, glob expansion is left to the program.  On Linux, the shell
performs glob expansion.

You need to run make.  You may also need pyrex and gcc.
