[bug?] bzr 1.13: commit without changes suddenly starts writing internal info?

bzr: ERROR: no changes to commit. use --unchanged to commit anyhow


The second line in the output (aborting...) is internal info IMO and should not be shown to the
user. It smells like a bug/regression for me.

Or this is intended change? Why?
