[PATCH] use KB instead of kB for traffic counters

I'd like to voice the point that the entire reason for having ratified
standards for things like measurement units is precisely that these
things *aren't* necessarily at the mercy of personal preferences, but
can be expected to conform to the standards.

Take that point for what it's worth.
