I agree, I would like this better.

Nice. :) Yeah, that would be ideal, and I'm still thinking about ways we can
actually do that here. The problem is, we'd most likely use this workflow
with some outside consultants where we have strict access management, and it
could become more maintenance than it's worth to maintain many public
branches in this manner. If I could figure a way to get it down to just a
couple public branches for them, it would be a better idea over send. :)
