bzrtools 1.11-1 in ppa rep?

After the update to bzr 1.11-1 in the ppa rep, apt's default behaviour
is to uninstall bzrtools since dependencies of bzrtools 1.10-1 says
so. Are there plans to upload bzrtools 1.11-1 to the rep, so it can be
installed normally through apt? (or change dependencies of bzrtools
1.10-1 -- if it works with bzr 1.11-1)
