It was disabled since it was very slow on large trees, and made using
nautilus impossible in some situations. We have since added an option to
disable nautilus-bzr on a per-branch basis, to work around this.

It should just be a matter of rebuilding bzr-gtk against a newer
nautilus, since nautilus has changed its API and is now loading plugins
from a different directory.
