(aptitude reports bzr-loom version 1.4.0~bzr84-1)

The help for the ‘export’ command doesn't say anything about looms.

The documentation in ‘README’ and ‘HOWTO’ don't mention the word
‘export’ at all.

In the ‘NEWS’ file, I see::

    * New command ``export-loom`` allows exporting the loom threads to
      individual branches. (Aaron Bentley)

So, I guess that's that point answered (though perhaps this slipped
the cracks of updating documentation when adding a command?).
