It seems that there was a small issue with the 0.9.6 release of qbzr
that only shows up when you've packaged the code using py2exe. Namely,
it uses the syntax "from bzrlib import ui.text" in a lazy import, which
I guess 'sort-of' works. It wasn't strictly meant to work, because it
isn't valid as python syntax, but it seems to work most of the time, but
then breaks when using py2exe.

Anyway, I put a quick patch together for qbzr, and bundled it into a
1.11rc1-2 installer which should be available now.
