Recommended use of Bazaar for single-committer multiple-machine projects?

I may be one of the more vocal anti--local's (at least, seemingly). I
don't necessarily suggest removing it, though. It needs to be
de-emphasized. It certainly does NOT need to be something thrown in
as "Oh, and you can also..." when explaining bzr capabilities or
workflows to new users. But it has good potential uses, as a
special-case tool for experienced users who understand its
implications.
