bzr-svn is slow-down for opening branch operation

Couple of weeks ago someone complained about very slow operations of heads
command when bzr-svn is installed. I've attached log of executing some commands
(init, branches) for trivial cases with and without svn plugin installed
(for bzr 1.9 official bzr.exe).

Something really wrong here.
