I don't think you read what I wrote.  Let us not descent into a slanging
match.  I think we have probably gone as far as we can go in this and
still be constructive.

If someone want to pay me to do release management, certainly I will.

This situation of concurrent release of bound artifacts is not a
"lottery win", it is good , professional release management.

This may be true for other plugins since they have much looser version
requirements.  bzr, bzrtools and bzr-svn are a special trio because
their versioning is so tightly bound together.  Keeping them separate is
a management choice.  Releasing them in sync is just doing the right
thing.
