Upgrade warning

The warning was:

Format <RepositoryFormatKnit1> for
file:///home/sandyd/src/wildcat-bzr/.bzr/ is deprecated - please use
'bzr upgrade' to get better performance

Running bzr upgrade in the repository rather than the branch fixed it,
thanks to Matt.
