Harald,

It turns out that Subversion 1.5.4 from Sunfreeware has been compiled
with LDAP support and the Sunfreeware LDAP has been compiled with the
libresolv.so.2 (SUNW_2.2.2) reference. I am not sure how to fix this,
so I just downgraded to Subversion 1.4.5 and things work fine.

I'll email Steven Christensen and see what he advises.
