[MERGE] Quick hack to do batching in InterDifferingSerializer. Almost halves the HPSS round-trips fetching pack-0.92-subtree to 1.9-rich-root.

100 is the average knit chain length for inventory text deltas, the
single largest object being loaded; all the texts lines should be
shared, and only one xml is parsed at a time. (Well 2, for diffing, but
one from the iterator).
