So, notwithstanding the one-time conversion cost for existing projects
(which is perfectly reasonable to incur at an "upgrade"), why on earth
don't you guys just collapse this rich-root business into the default
format and in one fell swoop eliminate half of the confusion and bugs
that are associated with this?
Discussion of trap doors and whatnot seems off base; it's going to
happen sooner or later; so how about sooner? I mean, what clients out
there on widely deployed systems _aren't_ using a Bazaar that
understands this rich root thing?
