So, if I grab both installers, the QtGui4.dll *is* different between the
two installs, while the QtCore4.dll is the same in both installs. Also,
if I search the hard-drive on that machine, I see 3 versions of
"QtGui4.dll".

One in C:\Python25\Lib\site-packages
One in C:\Program Files (x86)\Bazaar\lib
and one in the build directory.

And oddly enough, the one in the build dir is only 6MB instead of the
10.2MB that all the other files are.

So yeah, something got corrupted somewhere, and I have no idea why, or
where. (There are about 10GB of disk space free, so that can't be why.)

Anyway, I'm uploading a bzr-setup-1.9rc1-3.exe now, and I'll send a
release announcement.

When I use it myself, everything seems good. qbzr works, and bzr-svn
doesn't complain. I ended up scripting the whole download dependencies +
build + install steps, because there is a lot to do, and it is nice to
have a one-button to do it with.

I can say that for *me* on Vista, the icon overlays don't work.
tbzrcache does start and puts an icon in the taskbar. The Settings page
shows up, but clicking the "General Bazaar Options" button tries to
start something which then disappears instantly.

The context menu has the right info, though. With Update/Commit working
and log, etc bringing up the appropriate qbzr commands.
