thanks for the new ppa scripts

I just wanted to say thanks to John for the new scripts and
documentation of them in
<http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/latest/developers/ppa.html>.  1.8rc1 is now
queued to be built.

I saw a couple of typos, but also had a slightly larger question,
which is that for me I have a build-area directory but it only
contains temporary files.  The ones that eventually get uploaded are
put in the parent directory.  Did that change recently (I'm using the
tip of builddeb), or is it just incorrect in the documentation?
