Well, dapper is not supported anymore; bzr 0.8 is really quite old in
bzr's lifespan. We waited quite some time - (over 6 months I think) -
before we started the nagging.

I'm not sure what we can do better, a config option may well make sense
to silence the nagging - I think there is a bug on that already.
